In Step 5 you need to select the Wager and the Valuation of the Game to determine how the Wagers are distributed:
This part of the Wizard is not available in the Par Version.

Wager	Enter the Wager you want to play for.
No Gambling	Check this box in case you do not want to play for money on this Round.
Valuation	Use the Combo box to select the Valuation of the Round. Depending on the type of Game you selected in the previous Step, not all of the possible valuations are available. Possible valuations are: Entire game - One Wager is given to the Player/Team wining the entire Game Nassau - Three Wagers are given: one to the Player/Team wining the the Front Nine, one to the Player/Team wining the Back Nine and one to the Player/Team wining the the entire Game Holes - One Wager for each Hole is given to the Player/Team winning the Hole Skins - One Wager for each Hole is given to the Player/Team winning the Hole. If the Hole is tied, the Wager is carried over to the next Hole Strokes - One Wager is given to the Team with the lower Score for each Stroke it played less than the Team with the higher Score Stableford - One Wager is given to the Team with the lower Score for each Stableford Point it gained more than the Team with the higher Score Points - One Wager is given to the Team having more Points for each Points it gained more than the Team with less Points In the lower part of the screen you can see an explanation of the Valuation of the Round related to the Game you play.

Tap on Next to move one Step forward in the Wizard and on Back to move one Step back. Tap on Cancel to leave the Wizard disregarding what you entered.
