Playing - Recording Strokes

At the left Side of the central Part of the Playing-Screen
you can record your Strokes. For each Player there is a separate line:

Name |
The Card Name
identifying the Player |

Str |
Enter here the
number of Strokes for the Player on the Hole. In case the Player
did not finish to play the Hole, enter 'X'. Once you enter a
number larger than 1, the cursor will automatically advance to
the next field |

P |
Enter here the
number of Putts for the Player on the Hole. Once you enter a
Number, the cursor will automatically advance to the next field |
| F |
Check the Box
if the Player hit the Fairway with the drive. This Box is
disabled on Par 3s |
| G |
Check the Box
if the Player hit the Green in Regulation. If you selected in
the Settings-Others that
this one should be set automatically, the Mobile Golf Scorer™
will determine automatically if you reached the Green in
regulation based on the Hole's Par, your Score and the number of
Puts you entered |

Tap
on this Button to enter your Stroke Details and Ball Landings or see - in case you
have a GPS device connected - the length of your Shots and the Distance
to the Green |
You can select if you want to enter Strokes and Putts Player by Player
or first all Strokes and then all Putts in the
Preferences.
Below these lines you can tap on 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 X
to enter numbers quickly, without using the Pocket PC Input Panel.
Alternatively, you can use the Hardware
Buttons of your Pocket PC to enter the scores.
Tap on < or > to
move to the next or previous Hole.
In case you accidentally skip a Hole, a Message will come up.
Once you are done playing your
game, you don't need to tap any special button, the Mobile Golf Scorer™
recognizes automatically that the Round is finished.
When the Round is Done, you will be asked if you want to modify
the Handicap of the Payers according to the Result of the Round.
Tap on Yes to modify the Handicaps or on No in case you
do not want to modify Handicaps. This question only comes up once per
Round.
