Using this function your can send a Round by Email:

Each Player in the Round is shown under Send Mail to. In case there is an Email address for the Player in the Player's Database, you can just check the Players name and the Player will be included in the Recipients. You can also add other Recipients  by entering their Email addresses separated by a semicolon in the Box below the Player's names. You can tap on to select recipients from your Pocket PC Contacts Database.

Under Include Results in Email you can choose what type of Results should be sent:

• Strokes - the Strokes each Player made on the Round

• Stableford Points - the Stableford Points each Player earned on the Round

• Stableford Gross Points - the Stableford Gross Points each Player earned on the Round

• Game - in case you played a Game which results in Holes (e.g. Match Play) or Points (e.g. Bingo-Bango-Bongo) you can include the Results of the Game

You can Attach the Results as file as well: 

• Check Text-File to send the Results as a plain Text file

• Check HTML-File to send them as HTML File which you can publish on the Web

• Check CSV-File to send them as comma separated values to be used e.g. in Excel

• Check PoGoSco File to send them in the Mobile Golf Scorer™ Format

• Check XML File to send in the industry standard XML File Format. When sending as XML File, an XML Style-Sheet is sent as PoGoSco.xsl, too to allow the rendering of the XML File in Internet Explorer Version 6 or higher

• Check PDF File to send as a printable PDF File according to the selected Settings for PDF

• Check Google Earth File to export all GPS Positions in a KML file to be used with Google Earth

Tap on Send to generate the Mail which will be placed in your Outbox. You need to make sure that the Mail is sent from your Outbox, either by connecting via Active Sync to your PC and synchronizing your Mail or by connecting your Pocket PC to the Internet and sending and receiving your Mail. Tap on Cancel to abort.
