Playing
The screen used when Playing the Game
is divided in four Parts:
- In the up most Part you can
see the Course you are playing on, the time the Round took so far or -
if set in the Preferences -
the Time of Day, the
Par, the Handicap (Stroke Index) of the Hole you are currently playing
and the length of the Hole. The values for the Hole change depending on
which Player is currently selected. Use the Combo Box to change
to a different Hole.
- Tap on I to see and edit
the Image stored with the
Course
- Tap on
to stop the clock timing the Round
and tap on to restart the Clock
- Tap on C to see and edit
the Comment stored with the Hole
- Tap on I to see the Holes Yardage
Book Image and to record the Ball
Landings visually for each Player on the Yardage Book.
- In the central Part of the Screen
you can record your Strokes and retrieve the
standings of the Game.
- Tap on Players to access
Options such as to see the Honors
for the current Hole, to delete the Entries
for a Hole, to enter the
Scores on the Card or to
recalculate the Handicaps
- Tap on # in the D Column
to activate entering
the Stroke Details for that Player in the lower Part of the
Screen*.
- Tap on the currency symbol (€, $,
..) to enter the Results
of the Side-Bets for that Player on that Hole**.
- Tap on Card to see the
Scorecard of the Round, tap on Stats to see the Statistics of the
Round.
- Tap on 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 0 X
to enter numbers quickly, without using the Pocket PC Input Panel.
- Tap on Digits to show
larger Digit Buttons in the lower part of the screen - these Buttons
can be operated with the fingers
- Alternatively, you can use the Hardware
Buttons of your Pocket PC to enter the scores
or, if activated in the
Settings, to record GPS Positions using
One-Touch GPS*.
- Tap on < to move one Hole Back and on > to advance
one Hole.
- If activated in the
Settings, tap on OTGPS to
open a Window for One-Touch GPS*
- In the lower Part* you
can enter your Stroke Details and Ball Landings
or see - in case you
have a GPS device connected - the Lengths of your Shots and the Distance
to the Green.
At the
Bottom of the Screen you can
use the icons to:
