Settings One-Touch GPS
|
Here you can
set the Options for One-Touch GPS. One-Touch GPS is a
possibility to measure a GPS position by just tapping one Hardware-Key:
- Using Use One-Touch GPS you
can turn One-Touch GPS on and off.
- Using Measure after you can
set, in Seconds, the time the Central Hardware Button must be kept
pressed in order to initiate a measurement.
- Using Measure for you can
set, in Seconds, the duration of a Measurement. Irregardless of this
setting, a measurement is finished, as soon as the precision of the
GPS Signal defined with Max Movement is reached.
- Using Max Movement you can set, in Yards
or Meters, how precise you want the Measurements to be. As soon as
the maximum Movement of the GPS Signal within the Measurement time
is below the entered value, the Measurement is successful.
- Use Time Info Message to set the time
within you must press the Hardware Button twice to be told for which Hole and Stroke the next
measurement would be
- Using Learn Hardware Button you can
learn the Hardware Button to
be used for invoking One-Touch GPS Measurements. As Default, the
central Hardware Button (usually in the middle of the Cross Cursor)
is used.
- Using Use OTGPS Window you can show a
button in the Playing Window to open a
Window for using the One-Touch GPS Functionality without Hardware
buttons, in case these cause problems on your specific Pocket PC.
- Using Show Window while measuring you can
see a Window during the OTGPS Measurement informing about time and
Quality of the GPS Signal
- Using Tell Distance to Green you can set
that the remaining distance to the Green is told after each
successful measurement.
- Using Tell present Hole and Shot you will
be told, before each measurement, the Hole and Shot you are going to
measure a GPS Position for.
- Use Button for Distance to Green to assign
to a Hardware Button the function to tell you the distance from
where you are to the Green. You will have to
learn the Hardware Button to
be used for this function. This
Functionality is also integrated in the Yardage
Book Screen.
- Use Ask for Shot Details after OTGPS to
enter the Shot Details (Club,
Result, Landing Zone) directly after
recording a GPS Position in the
OTGPS Window
As the One-Touch GPS consists of spoken feedback,
please make sure that the speaker of your Pocket PC is turned on.
To select a different Setting, tap on the corresponding Tab on the Top of the Screen.
To apply the GPS Settings, tap on Apply. To leave the Settings
applying the new GPS Settings, tap on OK. To leave and Cancel the
changes, tap on Cancel.
